Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Zittauer Altstadt und ist nur 100 Meter vom Zittauer Marktplatz entfernt.

The apartment is located in the old town of Zittau and is only 100 meters from the Zittau market square.
The Zittau train station is a 10-minute walk away, shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Sehr viel WG-Erfahrung durch meine Studienzeit in Regensburg und Dresden; seit 2 Jahren wohnhaft in Zittau; berufstätig an einer Zittauer Hochschule; leidenschaftlicher Musikliebhaber (Turntables im Wohnzimmer); sportlich (Mountainbike, Snowboard, Basketball); open-minded; ordentlich; usw.
