Hallo! Ich suche ab sofort eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein WG Zimmer in der Inneren Weberstraße 5.
25qm, 230€ mntl all inclusive, also mit allen Nebenkosten, das Zimmer ist hell und geräumig (s. Fotos). Die Mitbewohner sind 23m, 23m und 24w (alle Studenten). Wie oben angekreuzt gibt es hier eigentlich alle Einrichtungsgegenstände und Abstellmöglichkeiten.
Mir wäre es sehr recht, wenn ihr einige meiner Möbel zu geringen Kosten übernehmen würdet, also v.a. Sofa, Schreibtisch und Kommode. Ein großer Kleiderschrank gehört ohnehin zur Einrichtung.
Meldet euch einfach und kommt vorbei!
Die Wg liegt in der Altstadt/Zentrum,gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, kurzer Fußweg zur Hochschule, rundum die Lage ist einfach optimal :)
