Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert(Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Schränke, Tisch). Sogar Bettzeug wäre vorhanden. Umbauten bzw. andere Möbel, die mitgebracht werden wären möglich. Die Schränke und alles können genutzt werden. Im Flur weiter hinten gibt es die Möglichkeit das Fahrrad abzustellen, so dass es niemand klauen kann.
Die Wohnung selber umfasst eine Wohnküche, 3 Zimmer, 2 Bäder und ein Flur. Sie ist 110m² groß und befindet sich im 5. Stock. Ein Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden. In einem Bad befindet sich die Dusche und im anderen das WC.
Jedes Zimmer besitzt einen TV-Anschluss. Wir haben aber in der Wohnküche unsere TV-Ecke mit Sesseln und einer Couch. Internet ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral im Stadtkern von Zittau gelegen; direkt am Marktplatz. Zur Hochschule brauch man etwa 3 Minuten. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut.
Auf dem Marktplatz gibt es einen Bäcker, Döner, Pizzaria usw. Auch ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe. Im Haus selber ist im Erdgeschoss ein Intersport.
Wir sind 2 Elektrotechnikstudenten, die eine(n) weitere(n) Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner für unsere sehr schöne und große Wohnung in Hochschulnähe suchen.
Wenn jemand "rumstrebern" muss reißen wir uns zusammen, ansonsten sind wir sehr gesellig und aufgeweckt. Ab und zu gibt es ein paar Zockerabende oder Pokerabende. So etwa wird aber immer vorher abgesprochen.
