Wir sind drei Studenten, die unsere WG abgeben, da wir ins Praxis- bzw. Diplomsemester gehen.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und in einem guten Zustand. Sie besitzt einen Balkon mit Blick auf die Innenstadt, ein Bad mit Badewanne (Duschvorhang an Badewanne mit Duscharmatur an der Wand), eine Küche und drei Zimmer mit unterschiedlicher Größe (ca. 13m³, 16m³ und 22m³).
Die WG befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Hochschule (zu Haus 1 und Haus 4 ca. 3min zu Fuß. Parkplätze sind ausreichend hinter dem Haus vorhanden.
