schönes, lichtdurchflutetes 18 qm WG-Zimmer im Zentrum von Zittau

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen Wohnung!
Für 4-5 MitbewohnerInnen stehen uns zwei Etagen, sowie der Dachboden und ein kleines begehbares Dach mit Blick bis ins Zittauer Gebirge zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung bietet 2 Bäder mit Dusche und Badewanne, eine gemütliche Küche, einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum und natürlich die 5 WG-Zimmer.

Dein Zimmer ist in der unteren Etage mit zwei großen Fenstern zum Marktplatz (Nachmittags-/Abendsonne), wo es immer etwas Spannendes zu beobachten gibt. Mit ca. 18 qm (3 x 6 m) hast du das größte Zimmer und damit sehr viel Platz und kreativen Raum, um dir deine eigene Wohlfühloase zu schaffen. Das Zimmer wird vor deinem Einzug frisch gestrichen (wenn du die schöne rote Tapete behalten möchtest, kannst du diesen Wunsch gern äußern – wenn nicht ist auch kein Problem). Die Möbel und Kaninchen werden mit ausziehen.

Wenn du aus deiner Zimmertür trittst, landest du in unserem unteren Flur. Von hier gelangst du schnell ins Bad mit Badewanne, Toilette und Waschmaschine, sowie in die Küche, wo bestimmt schon jemand mit einem Kaffee oder Tee auf dich wartet.
Die Küche ist das Herzstück der WG und hat Sitzmöglichkeiten (u.a. ein Sofa) für mindestens 6 Personen. Hier kann man nette Kochabende mit Freunden verbringen und der Geschirrspüler übernimmt über Nacht die Drecksarbeit. Wir haben einen Kühlschrank mit Frostfach, sowie einen extra Froster, einen Herd mit Backofen, Wasserkocher und ein Regal, worin du deine Vorräte lagern kannst. Von hier aus, hast du einen guten Blick in den verwunschenen Garten, dem sich deine Mitbewohnerin Carmen seit Neustem angenommen hat. Hier besteht auch die Möglichkeit für gesellige Lagerfeuerabende.
Außerdem befinden sich auf dieser Etage noch die Zimmer von Max und Victor.

Gehst du die gewundene Holztreppe nach oben, kommst du im oberen Flur an. Hier ist Carmens WG-Zimmer.
Außerdem befindet sich hier noch ein kleines WG-Zimmer, das aber voraussichtlich unbesetzt sein wird und sich gut zum Aufhängen der Wäsche und als Abstellraum eignet.
Das zweite Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette befindet sich ebenfalls auf dieser Etage.
Ein großes Highlight ist unser Wohnzimmer (Gemeinschaftsraum). Dieses lädt mit Sofas, Sesseln und Beamer zu entspannten Filmabenden ein. Es kann jedoch auch schnell zum Partyraum umfunktioniert werden und diente in letzter Zeit als Homegym. Auch der zweite Kühlschrank hat in der Ecke ein kleines, feines Plätzchen erhalten und sorgt für kühle Getränke in hitzigen Partynächten.

Welcome to our cozy apartment!
For 4-5 flatmates we have two floors, as well as the attic and a small accessible roof with a view to the Zittau Mountains. The apartment offers two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, a cozy kitchen, a large common room and of course the five rooms.

Your room is on the lower floor with two large windows facing the marketplace (afternoon/evening sun), where there is always something exciting to watch. With approx. 18 sqm (3 x 6 m) you have the largest room and thus a lot of space and room for creativity to make yourself comfortable. The room will be freshly painted before you move in (if you want to keep the beautiful red wallpaper, you are welcome to express this wish - if not is also no problem). The furniture and rabbits will move out.

When you step out of your room, you will land in our downstairs hallway. From here you can quickly get to the bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and washing machine, as well as to the kitchen. The kitchen is the center of the flat and has seating (including a sofa) for at least six people. Here you can spend nice cooking evenings with friends and the dishwasher takes care of the dirty work afterwards. We have a refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as an extra freezer, a stove with an oven, kettle and a shelf where you can store all your food. From the kitchen, you have a good view of the garden, which your roommate Carmen has recently taken care of. Here is also the possibility for sociable campfire evenings. Also on this floor are the rooms of Max and Victor.

If you go up the winding wooden stairs, you will arrive in the upper hallway. Here is Carmen's room. There is also a small room, which is likely to be unoccupied and is good for hanging laundry and storage. The second bathroom with shower and toilet is also on this floor. A big highlight is our living room (common room) that invites you with sofas, armchairs and a beamer to relaxed movie nights. However, it can also be quickly converted into a party room and has recently served as our home gym. The second fridge has also been given a nice little spot in the corner and provides cool drinks on party nights.
