In der Wohnung sind zwei möblierte Zimmer frei geworden. Diese haben je ein großes Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Esstisch/Schreibtisch und Stühle. Eines der Zimmer hat Parkettboden und das andere Teppichboden. Die Zimmer haben große fenster, die nach Norden ausgerichtet sind, weshalb die Wohnung im Sommer schön kühl bleibt. Die Küche ist groß, hat einen Esstisch und ist mit Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler und Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Im Flur steht ein Schrank.
Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller sowie Fahrrad-Abstellmöglichkeiten im Hof. Der kleine Garten wird von den Mieter:innen gemeinschaftlich genutzt.

There are two furnished rooms available in the apartment. These each have a large bed, closet, shelf, dining table/desk and chairs. One of the rooms has parquet flooring and the other has carpet. The rooms have large windows that face north, which is why the apartment stays nice and cool in the summer. The kitchen is large, has a dining table and is equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. In the hallway there is a closet.
There is a bicycle cellar and bicycle storage in the yard. The small garden is shared by the tenants.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Zittauer Innenstadt. Zu Fuß benötigt man 2 Minuten zum Marktplatz, 10 Minuten zum REWE. Autos können im Anwohnerparken vor dem Haus abgestellt werden. Der Innenstadtparkplatz ist direkt nebenan. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig.

The apartment is located in the center of Zittau. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the market square, 10 minutes to REWE. Cars can be parked in the residents' parking in front of the house. The downtown parking lot is right next door. The neighborhood is quiet.
