A huge plus: the sauna and swimming pool are in the annex and can be reached via the basement corridor and can be used free of charge (ideal for enduring the cold season :) There is a bathroom and a separate toilet, so there are hardly any bottlenecks in the morning . In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, pots, dishwasher and refrigerator in the flat share. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils are also available.
Mellisa and Petro are currently residing in the flat. Life in a flat share is loosely based on the motto "everything can, nothing has to". We value our own freedom and everyone has the opportunity to withdraw, but we are not purely a flat share, so that one or the other joint activities such as cooking together arise. In general, I make sure that communicative and friendly people move in. If you stay longer, you are of course involved in the selection of roommates. Zorneding is about 20 minutes by S-Bahn from Ostbahnhof in the east of Munich. There are bakers, libraries, pharmacies, doctors, cafes, post offices, stationery stores and an Edeka about 5 minutes away on foot and there are other shops in the commercial area (15 minutes). By car you are straight away on the B304 and the Autobahn exit Haar is about 10 minutes away.
