Nachdem unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Kathi nun «leider» mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht, suchen wir für unsere Fluntern-WG eine(n) wunderbare(n) Nachmieter(in).
Wir haben eine grosse, gemütliche 5er-WG mit viel Raum und Platz für Spass und ein angenehmes Zusammenleben.
Wir möchten keine Zweck-WG, sondern eine aktive Wohngemeinschaft, in der man sich wohl und zuhause fühlt. Dazu gehört für uns gerne, zusammen zu kochen und etwas zu unternehmen:
z.B. spontane Ping-Pong Runden, Videoabende, Spieleabende, gemeinsame sportliche Aktivitäten, Grillieren auf der Dachterrasse...
Durch die Platzverhältnisse (zwei Stockwerke) gibt es aber auch genug Raum, um sich mal zurückzuziehen.
Die Wohnung ist am Hang des Züribergs gelegen und trotzdem zentral – der HB ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das freiwerdende Zimmer hat 18 m² und liegt ruhig zum Garten raus. Zusätzlich zur Miete (1510CHF) kommen noch Nebenkosten von 140CHF dazu (für Internet, Strom, Abfall und die Putzkraft).
Nun zu uns: Deine Mitbewohner wären Laura (30), Peter (33), Timo (34) und Ursi (33). Wir alle machen gerne Sport (Klettern, Judo, Snowboarden, Wandern, ...), kochen gerne und sind in einem Leben vor Corona auch gerne gereist. Bisher sprechen wir in der WG Deutsch, sind aber auch offen für Englisch, und in Teilen auch für Französisch/Spanisch :)
Näheres zu uns erzählen wir dann gerne beim Kennenlernen, am liebsten vor Ort!

As we «lost» our dear Kathi to her boyfriend, we are currently looking for a wonderful flatmate.
We have a big, cosy flatshare with five flatmates and with lots of space to enjoy living together. We would like to find flatmates who not only like to share a flat, but also like to do some activities together, for example cooking, table-tennis, video nights, board games, sports, grilling on the rooftop terrace… But no worries, as we have two floors, there is always space to spend time alone.
The flat is close to the Züriberg but still central, so you can reach the main station in about 20 minutes by foot. The room has 18m² and is on the back side of the house, facing the garden. In addition to the rent (1510CHF), there are additional costs of 140CHF per month for internet, electricity, cleaning of the common rooms and waste.
Your roommates would be Laura (30), Peter (33), Timo (34) and Ursi (33). We all love sports (rock climbing, judo, snowboarding, hiking,…), like to cook and also enjoyed travelling a lot in a life before Covid. Up to now, German is the main language of the flat, but we would all be open for English… and in parts also for French/Spanish :)
