Mitbenutz werden kann: Waschküche, Keller (aktuell voll bis an die Decke), Fahrradhaus, Küche, Wohn & Esszimmer, Balkon und Abstellraum.

We are offering a bright, quiet and modern 16 m2 big room. There is possibility to take over the existing cupboard from the previous tenant (no bed or chair as on picture). Shared rooms are: laundry room (washing machine and dryer), cellar (currently fully stocked up to the ceiling – but we can work on finding some space), bicycle storage, kitchen, living & dining room, balcony and storage room.
Supermark (Coop und Spar), UBS, Apotheke und Zahnarzt in 400 meter Entfernung. Tram linie 10, 12 und 11 in ca 600 meter Entfernung. Park in der Nähe für die Jogger unter den Bewerbern

Wir sind / Über die WG
Wir sind zwei ruhige und umgängliche Arbeitstiere (d.h. kommen spät heim und verlassen früh die Wohnung) . Die WG besteht aktuell aus Anna (28, IT Projektleiterin) und Simon (53, HR Manager). An den meisten Wochenenden sind wir daher ausgeflogen.
Wir suchen dahern einen Berufstätigen / Wochenendpendler. Gerne jemanden, der abends gemeinsam über einem Glas wein den Tag revue passieren lässt.

We are two quiet and easy going workhorses (i.e., come home late and leave the apartment early). The WG currently consists of Anna (28, IT Project Manager) and Simon (53, HR Manager). Most of the time we are not in the aportment over the weekends.
We are looking for a quiet weekend flatmate e.g. a commuter - if possible no student. Possibly, someone who wants to share some anekdotes of the day over one glass of wine in the evening
Strom wird gesondert abgerechnet - sollte aber der regal ca 15CHF pro monat belaufen.Internet ist bereits in den 1028 CHF einberechnet pro Monat.
