In unserer wunderschönen, modernen und gut gelegenen 4.5-Zimmer-Wohnung ist zum 1. April ein Zimmer frei. Die Wohnung ist über 100m2 gross und verfügt über 2 Nasszellen mit Waschturm, Laminatboden, eine offene Küche mit Geschirrspüler und eine riesige Fensterfront im Wohnzimmer. Alle Fenster sind raumhoch, an die Küche/Wohnzimmer schliesst sich ein grosser Balkon an. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 17 m2 gross und dir steht die gesamte Wohnung zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist perfekt, in nur 10 min Fussweg zum Bahnhof Affoltern und wenige minuten zum Bus 32 und 61. Zudem sind ein Coop in direkter Nähe und ein Migros 10 min entfernt. Zum Flughafen sind es nur wenige Zugstation.
Wir sind zwei Doktorandinnen an der ETH, wir kochen gerne zusammen oder trinken gemeinsam ein Glas Wein, wenn wir beide Zeit haben. Sollten wir dein Interesse geweckt haben sende ein kurze Mail mit ein paar Zeilen über dich und wir laden dich gerne zum Kennenlernen ein.

We are looking for a new flatmate for our modern furnished apartment with big kitchen / living room and balcony. The apartment has two shower/WC, dishwasher, washing machine and tumbler are available.
The apartment is conveniently located very close to Bahnhof Affoltern. 15 mins to Zurich HB and 10 mins to Oerlikon by train. Bus stops Bhf Affoltern (Bus 32, 61/62) and Zehntenhausplatz (Bus 32); Supermarkets (Migros, Coop, Denner); Post; Apotheke; ZKB, all located within 5mins of walking distance. Lake Katzensee is 10mins away by bike.
We are two female PhD students at ETH. We are very uncomplicated - sometimes we cook together have a glass of wine.
