Stock) ist ein 10 m^2 grosses Zimmer an eine(n) neue Mitbewohner/in zu vergeben (sowohl unbefristet wie auch befristet bis Ende Februar 2022 möglich). Das Zimmer ist möbliert (inkl. Bett, Kleiderschrank, Arbeitsplatz), schnelles Internet vorhanden. Die Wohnung bietet zudem ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Big-Couch und TV, eine komplett ausgerüstete Küche und Waschmaschine. Da die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Umgebung liegt, bietet das Zimmer u.a. auch eine ideale Arbeitsatmosphäre. Besichtigungstermine auf Anfrage. Die Miete beträgt 485 CHF pro Monat plus Nebenkosten. ++++++++++ In our 3 people flat sharing community (4 rooms flat with balcony, 2nd floor), we are looking for a new flatmate for a 10 m^2 room (both open-ended and fixed-term until February 2022 possible). The room is furnished (including bed, cupboard, workplace), fast internet is available. There's a cozy living room with a big couch and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The flat is located in a calm neighbourhood, so it provides e.g. an ideal working environment. Showing on request. The rent is 485 CHF per month plus utilities.

Wir sind eine internationale 3er WG bestehend aus einem Bioanalytik-Studenten (25, verlässt die WG), einem Informatiker (23, Computergrafik) und einem Medizinstudenten (33, Teilzeit arbeitend). Wir schätzen einen humorvollen, freundschaftlichen Umgang und gelegentlich ein gemütliches Nachtessen zusammen. Wir sind seit Beginn der Corona-Krise zusammen und inzwischen ein gut eingeschweisstes Team, das sich wo immer möglich gegenseitig hilft. :-) ++++++++++ We're an international 3 people flat sharing community consisting of an bioanalytics student (25, m, leaving the flat), a computer graphics professional (23, m) and a medical student (33, m, part-time working). We have an easy-going atmosphere - you’ll often find us joking and we appreciate having dinner together from time to time. We've been together since the beginning of the Corona crisis and have become a close-knit team - helping each other out wherever possible. :-)
