Dein Zimmer (Zimmer in der Mitte auf dem Grundriss) hat 15m2 und kostet 1380 CHF Miete für den einen Monat warm, inkl. Internet.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 120qm² groß und liegt im Toni-Areal (11. Stock, Tramhaltestelle an der Linie 4). Sie besteht aus 3 „WG-Zimmern“ (insg 3 Mitbewohner), 2 Bädern (Dusche + Badewanne), einer Abstellkammer, einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche und einer Loggia (mit Blick auf den Berg:-) ). Die Wohnung ist ein Erstbezug (Einzug 01.04.2014 durch uns). Der Boden ist mit Laminat (inkl. Fussbodenheizung) ausgelegt und die Fenster sind top isoliert. Zudem haben wir eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in der Wohnung.
Zu der Wohnung gibt es einen eigenen Abstellraum (Erdgeschosshöhe). Zudem gibt es mehrere Gemeinschafts-Veloräume, wo du deine Velos sicher abstellen kannst! Ein Parkplatz kann im Toni Areal-Parkhaus zusätzlich dazu gemietet werden.

Your room (room in the middle of the floor plan) has 15m2 and costs 1380 CHF rent per month, incl. Internet.
The entire apartment is 120qm² in size and is located in the Toni area (11th floor, tram stop on line 4). It consists of 3 "shared rooms" (for 3 flatmates), 2 bathrooms (shower + bath), a storage room, a living room with kitchen and a loggia (with a view of the mountain :-)). The apartment style is modern. The floor is laid out with laminate (including underfloor heating) and the windows are perfectly insulated. We also have a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment.
To the apartment there is a private storage room (ground floor level). There are also several shared bike rooms where you can park your bikes safely! A parking space can be rented in the Toni Areal car park.
Wir wohnen nur wenige Minuten von der Hardbrücke entfernt, sodass es einige Bars und Clubs direkt um die Ecke gibt und die City gut zu erreichen ist. Zum Hauptbahnhof brauchst du mit der Tram 10 Minuten und mit dem Velo 8 Minuten (geht auch schneller ;-) ) Die Limmat ist ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und der Letten liegt mit dem Velo ca. 6 Minuten entfernt!

We are living next to the Hardbrücke, where you will find some nice places (Bars, Clubs) and close to other spots (City, Limmat, etc.). The main station is around 10 minutes away with the tram and around 8 minutes with your bike.
Für unsere 3er-WG im Toni Areal (toni-areal.ch) suchen wir ab 29.04.2018 eine Mitbewohnerin/einen Mitbewohner zur Zwischenmiete für einen Monat bis Ende Mai.
Wir legen Wert auf ein harmonisches Zusammenleben. Zudem solltest du eine entspannte und offene Persönlichkeit sein.

Wir sind Jens (28 Jahre) und Simon (28 Jahre) und stehen mitten im Berufsleben. Wir sind unternehmungslustig und gerne draussen mit Freunden unterwegs (See, Stadt, Café, Berg,…) und machen beide gern Sport. Ansonsten sind wir zwei entspannte, unkomplizierte und kommunikative Menschen.
