Hi :) My beautiful room in a shared flat (you and one girl) will be free from 1st of January 2024. The apartment is on the 1st floor, has 3 rooms and a balcony which is great for the upcoming summer months. Your room is ca. 14m2 and has a beautiful wooden floor. Some furniture in the room (e.g., closet, desk) can be taken over if you like it. The living room has a cozy dining area and a sofa. In the kitchen you find everything you need- also a dishwasher ;). A washing machine and a dryer are available in the basement and a cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. The additional costs (Internet and EWZ) approx. 50 CHF/ month are not included in the rental price (however it already includes hot water flat rate and heating costs on account).
The apartment has a great location in Zurich. It is located in a tram/bus stop triangle, so you are connected in every direction. All stops are within a 6-7 minute walk. It is also only a few minutes' walk from the university campus. Although it is centrally located, it is very green (close to the forest) and quietly situated in a side street.
You will be sharing your flat with Ines. She is from Spain, just finished her masters at ETH and is now working full-time. She is very open and easy to talk to. We are looking for an easy going, tidy and clean person that wants to join the friendly and cozy flat in beautiful Kreis 6 If the WG appeals to you, write us a few lines about you (contact details below).
