om ca 13. Dezember bis 15 Februar (Daten / Preis flexibel) suche ich eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für mein wunderschönes Zimmer in meiner tollen WG, eine 3-Zimmer Wohnug Nähe Schaffhauserplatz. Lage ist super, mehrer Supermärkte direkt um Eck, Schaffhauserplatz 5 Minuten (zu Fuss),Oberer Letten 2 min. Ich selber bin in der Zeit im Ausland. Zimmer ist ca 12m2 und teilmöbiliert mit Schrank, Kleiderschrank, Matraze und Schreibtisch (mit Bildschirm, also ideal auch für Homeoffice). Also brauchst du nur deine Kleidung mitzubringen. Neben deinem Zimmer haben wir auch noch ein Wohzimmer und Balkon die zum Verweilen einlädt, oder auch der Tisch im Hinterhof, der von allem Bewohnern des Hauses genutzt werden kann, wenn man (Corona-conform) Menschen einladen möchte.;) Die Wohnung ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, wenn wirs nicht haben, haben wir nette Nachbar*innen, die es uns leihen ;) Waschmaschine und Tumbler sind im Keller (ohne Waschplan ;))¨¨ Die Wohnung teilst du mit Leonie (28, aus CH) und ihrem Freund Chris (31 aus UK). Beide sind mega entspannt und immer wieder für ein oder zwei entspannte Biere oder ein Apero zu haben. Melde dich gerne wenn du Fragen hast. :) ****** from about 15 December till End of February (dates are flexible by arrangement) I am looking for a temporary tenant for my beautiful room in my great flat share, a 3-room apartment near Schaffhauserplatz. Location is great, several supermarkets around the corner, Schaffhauserplatz 5 minutes walking distance, Oberer Letten 2 min. I will be abroad during this time. Room is about 12m2 and partly furnished with closet, closet, mattress and desk (with extra screen, so ideal for home office). So you only need to bring your clothes. Beside your room we also have a living room and a balcony that invites you to stay, or the table in the backyard, which can be used by all inhabitants of the house, if you want to invite (Corona-conform) friends. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, if we don't have it, we have nice neighbors who lend it to us ;) Washing machine and tumble dryer are in the basement (without washing plan ;))¨¨ You share the apartment with Leonie (28, from CH) and her boyfriend Chris (31, from UK). Both are mega relaxed and are always available for one or two relaxed beers or an apero. Just ask :)
