I offer a sunny and spacious room with a balcony. The apartment is old-fashioned but fortunately it is equipped with all today’s modern technology, e.g. dishwasher, iron and washing machine in the cellar. Room is fully furnished. The bed, desk, night table, closet and picture of a very old lady, which I got as a present, is at your disposal. The internet, electricity, water, heating and cleaning lady, who comes twice a month, is included in CHF 1000 per month. Room is available from August - mid October.
Near Tram Museum, Botanical Garden - Tram 11 (tram stops Burgwies or Balgrist)
Apartment is located in a great place with a lot of recreational areas Zollikerberg and botanical garden are also close by, lake (Bad Tiefenbrunnen or Chinese garden) is in walking distance (15-20 min) and city center is only 15 minutes away by tram or CHF 20 by taxi.
I am Mike (25) from Slovakia, working currently and moving to London for couple of months. My roommate Jürgen (~30), a very nice guy form Austria, is a working non-smoker, a handy man, very friendly, easy to get along with and occasionally makes nice dinner or apple pie. He doesn’t spend much time in the apartment. There is a plan to have another roommate which I don’t know yet.
