Wichtig ist nur: Wir suchen jemanden der die Wohnung als Hauptmieter übernimmt. Entweder alleine oder zu zweit zusammen. Damit dies möglich ist müssen der oder die Hauptmieter ein Einkommen in der Schweiz (>= 4'500CHF) oder falls nicht möglich eine Bürgschaft der Eltern (wohnhaft in der Schweiz) haben.
Die Wohnung selbst hat drei Zimmer, ein Bad und eine Küche. Zwei Zimmer werden frei, jeweils 19qm. Eins der Zimmer hat einen Balkon.
Two rooms are available. If there are two of you, you are welcome to move in together, if you are alone then we are looking for another person.
The only important thing is that we are looking for someone to take over the flat as the main tenant. Either alone or as a couple. For this to be possible, the main tenant(s) must have an income in Switzerland (>= 4'500CHF) or, if not possible, a guarantee from their parents (resident in Switzerland).
The apartment has three rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. Two rooms are available, each 19sqm. One of the rooms has a balcony.
Die Wohnung liegt günstig in Oerlikon Waldgarten. In einer Minute Laufweite hat es die Bushaltestelle Waldgarten (Bus 75) und in vier Minuten die Tramhaltestelle (7 & 9). Zum HB braucht man etwa 15min mit dem ÖV.
The flat is conveniently located in Oerlikon Waldgarten. The Waldgarten bus stop (bus 75) is a one-minute walk away and the tram stop (7 & 9) is four minutes away. It takes about 15 minutes by public transport to the main railway station.
Aktuell wohnen Frank (35), Marco (25) und Guillaume (43) in der Wohnung.
Frank und Marco ziehen beide aus, Guillaume wird weiterhin in der Wohnung bleiben. Er ist Professor an der ETH Zürich, der Uni in Nizza und in Duisburg. Er ist deshalb nur die Hälfte des Jahres in der Wohnung, den Rest der Zeit gehört die Wohnung euch.
Frank (35), Marco (25) and Guillaume (43) currently live in the flat.
Frank and Marco are both moving out, but Guillaume will remain in the flat. He is a professor at ETH Zurich, the university in Nice and in Duisburg. He is therefore only in the flat for half the year, the rest of the time the flat is yours.
Waschmaschine & Trockner sind geteilt im Keller. Es gibt ausserdem einen Estrich und einen Kellerraum.
Personen, die einige der Möbel übernehmen möchten werden bevorzugt.
Washing machine & dryer are shared in the basement. There is also an attic storage room and a cellar room.
