da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, suche ich ab 1. November (geht theoretisch auch etwas früher, da wir noch 1 Zimmer frei haben), einen ruhigen Mitbewohner / eine Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist gross (ca. 35 m2) und befindet sich in einem Reihenhaus (Genossenschaftshaus). Ferner haben wir eine Terasse und einen Garten.
Warmmiete 550 CHF, Parkplatz kann dazugemietet werden, ca. 35 CHF.
Zuzüglich Strom + Internet.
