The rooms are in a 4.5 room flat. Both rooms are not furnished but have in-wall wardrobes, and get a lot of sun throughout the day. The rest of the apartment is furnished (sofa, dining table, chairs, large built-in wardrobe, bookcase, etc.) and the kitchen is fully equipped with essential household appliances. The building has a washing machine, a dryer and a storage room in the basement.
A one month deposit is required. Bills and consumables are not included in the rent.
Viewing is by appointment only.
The house is located in a quiet residential area. It has direct access to public transportation with bus stop Riedgraben (buses 61, 62 and 94) are just a few seconds away from the doorstep. With excellent connections to: ETH Hönggerberg (15 mins), Irchel Campus (10 mins), Zurich HB (15 mins) and Zurich Airport (7 mins).
Close to the swimming pool (Hallenbad Oerlikon) and Hallenstadion Zurich. Coop and Coop City are within a walking distance. Grocery shopping on Sundays is also possible at Oerlikon railway station and Migrolino.
We are looking for a responsible and uncomplicated roommate (female or male), who is open-minded, sociable and perhaps in a similar situation (PhD students or young professionals). Best if you enjoy a clean apartment. Male and female subtenants are equally welcomed. Interested?
