1.5 rooms (with the total area of 19 meters): a smaller one (to place a bed, for instance) and a bigger one to make a workplace. East side, sunny in the morning. The apartment occupies the whole 3rd floor of a private house, under the roof (quite cozy). There is a private terrace with a BBQ machine and a covered velo-garage. There's a huge kitchen with dish-washing machine and oven. A comfortable bathroom with bath. Also, washer and dryer drum in the basement. There is also a big bright shared room, where you could accommodate your guests there overnight (there's a sofa to sleep on) or throw a party! The previous tenant sells all the essential furniture (table, mattress, chair, bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, lamps) in his room for ~600 chf, the room is very nicely and cozily furnitured. The neighborhood is very quiet, but closely-connected to Oerlikon, city center and the UZH/ETH campuses (bus 80, 61, 62), trolley (33).

Nearby: Spar, Coop, Aldi, Denner nearby. Trolley/bus stops are in 2-3 minutes. The place is 10 minutes from ETH Höggerberg, 30 from campus Irchel and 8 minutes (ÖV) from Zürich-Oerlikon station.
I am a PhD student at the UZH (from Russia). Speak Russian, English and German. We could have a lot of fun! I love keeping everything clean and quiet, making no discomfort to anyone. We could on occasion have some beer, make a BBQ in the garden or just chat in the kitchen. I am a very communicative person.
