Das Zimmer ist etwa 13 qm gross und hat einen schönen Pakettboden. Der rechteckige Grundriss bietet einem viele Freiheiten beim einrichten und gestalten. Die grosse Fensterfront lässt sehr viel Tageslicht rein. Vom Fenster aus sieht man die Hagenholzstrasse und das SRF Fernsehstudio. Die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert, wodurch bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum Lärm eindringt.
Room:
The room has approx. 13 qm with parquet floor. Thanks to its layout it gives a lot of opportunities to arrange furniture. Through the large windows a lot of day light can get in. You have a view to the Hagenholzstrasse and the SRF TV Buliding. The windows are good isolated, hence no noise from the street gets in.
Wohnung:
Mit knapp 145 qm bietet die Wohnung sehr viel Platz für eine entspanntes WG-Leben. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Zimmer, ein grosses und ein kleines Bad sowie einen grossen Wohn-/Ess- und Kochbereich. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine kleine Abstellkammer sowie einen Balkon mit Grill. Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über Bodenheizung. Aus dem Wohn-/Essbereich hat meinen einen schönen Blick auf den idylischen Riedbach. Zu dem Gebäude gehört auch ein Fahrradkeller sowie eine Waschküche mit 2 Waschmaschinen und 2 Trocknern.
Flat:
The flat has approx. 145 qm and gives more than enough space for a shared flat. In total it has 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a big living/dining/cooking area. A balcony with BBQ belongs also to the flat. The whole flat has underfloor heating. From the living/dining area you can see the small Riedbach. In the basement is a laundrey room as well as a room to store bicycles.
Parkplatz:
Das Gebäude besitzt eine Tiefgarage. Aktuell gehört ein Stellplatz auch noch zur Wohnung. Dieser kostet monatlich zusätzlich 150 CHF. Auf Wunsch kann der Platz weiterhin gemietet werden.
Car parking:
The building has an underground parking. In the moment one slot belongs to the flat and costs 150 CHF. If needed it can be further rented.
Lage:
Die Wohnung hat die ideale Lage für Menschen, die gerne schnell in der Stadt sind aber ruhig wohnen möchten. Sie liegt in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Oerlikon. Zu Fuss benötigt man etwa 10-15 min. Ansonsten befindet sich vor dem Haus direkt die Bushaltestelle "Riedbach" von der aus 2 Buslinien in Richtung Bahnhof Oerlikon fahren. Diese benötigen dann weniger als 5 min. Vom Bahnhof Oerlikon aus gibt es sehr viele schnelle Verbindungen mit S-Bahn oder Tram.
In der Nähe von der Wohnung befindet sich auch ein Park und verschiedene Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto ist auch die Autobahn schnell zu erreichen.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es auch verschiedene Restaurants/Take Aways, ein Friseur, ein Bäcker und ein Ärztezentrum.
Location:
The flat is ideally situated for people who want to be quick in the city but in the same time want to live in a calm area. It is close the the station Oerlikon. By foot you need approx. 10 to 15 min or only 5 min by bus. Right in front of the house is a bus stop. At station Oerlikon several S-Bahnen and Trams are stopping.
Close by the flat is a park and many possibilities for grocery shopping. Further, there are different restaurants/Take Aways, a hair dresser, a bakery and a GP.
WG-Leben:
Du würdest in eine 3er-WG zusammen mit Robin (26, Doktorand an der ETH in Informatik) und Heiner (26, Tierarzt im Tierspital) wohnen. Beide kommen aus Deutschland, sind aber schon lange genug in der Schweiz um Schweizerdeutsch zu verstehen ;). Aufgrund der Arbeit ist der Alltag in der WG unter der Woche recht ruhig. Abends sitzt man dafür gerne am Küchentisch um sich zu unterhalten. Auch das Wohnzimmer samt gemütlicher Couch und Fernseher wird gerne von allen genutzt. V.a. im Sommer grillt man des öfteren auf dem Balkon. Obwohl beide Arbeiten, es ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG :). Auf ein Bier hat noch nie jemand nein gesagt ;).
Flat-Live:
You would move in together with Robin (26, PhD student in informatics at ETH) and Heiner (26, Veterinary at Tierspital). Both are from Germany, but long enough in Switzerland to understand the Schweizerdeutsch ;). Due to work the flat-live is usually calm during the week. In the evening, we tend to sit together for having a nice chat or watching TV together. Especially during summer the balcony is used for BBQ. For sure the flat gives a lot of opportunities for socialising :).
Möbel:
Das Bett samt Matratze würde ich gerne in der Wohnung lassen. Es ist von Ikea (Modell Malm), 1,40 m breit und weniger als 3 Jahre alt. Der Preis ist verhandelbar :).
Furniture:
I would like to leave the bed + mattress in the flat. It's from IKEA (model Malm), 1,40m wide and less than 3 years old. The price is negotiable
