Ab 01.07.2023 wird ein Zimmer in unserer 3er WG frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm gross, die Wohnung ist 145 qm gross und hat 2 Bäder.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert: Ein grosses Bett, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, und ein kleines Regal könnten übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Miete (CHF 1050) beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten und gemeinsame Ausgaben.
From 01.07.2023 a room in our three-person shared flat will become available.
The size of the room is about 13 sqm. The flat is 145 sqm and has 2 bathrooms.
The room is partly furnished: a big bed, a desk with chair, and a small shelf could stay in the room.
The flat comes with everything needed for daily life. The rent (CHF 1050) includes all bills and shared expenses.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, man kommt aber sehr schnell in die Innenstadt.
Der Bahnhof Oerlikon ist in 5 min mit dem Bus (zu Fuss 10-15 min) zu erreichen. Von dort aus fahren viele S-Bahnen und Tram.
Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
In der Naehe gibt es einen Park, mehrere Einkaufsmoeglichkeiten, verschiedene Restaurants, einen Coiffeur und einen Bäcker.
The flat is situated in a calm area. At the same time, it is very quick to get into the city center from here.
The flat is close to the train station Oerlikon (10-15 min by foot, 5 min by bus). From there, S-Bahnen and Trams depart regularly.
The bus stop is right in front of the house.
Close to the flat there is a park and as well as possibilities for grocery shopping. Furthermore, there are different restaurants/take aways, a hair dresser and a bakery.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären Heiner (28, aus Deutschland und Tierarzt am Unispital) und Tommaso (25, Ingenieur aus Italien).
Unter der Woche ist es aufgrund der Arbeitszeiten meistens ruhig in der WG. Abends sitzen wir gerne mal zusammen oder schauen zusammen Fernsehen. Hin und wieder machen wir Spieleabende mit Freunden.
Besonders im Sommer kann man super auf dem Balkon grillieren. Die WG bietet also Möglichkeiten zum Austausch, du kannst aber auch deine Ruhe haben.
You would move in with Heiner (27, from Germany, veterinarian at Unispital) and Tommaso (25, engenieer from Itay).
Due to working times, the flat is usually calm during the week. In the evening, we sometimes sit together for a nice chat or watch TV together. From time to time, we do game nights with friends.
Especially during summer, the balcony is great for BBQs. So the flat offers enough opportunities for socializing, but you can also have your peace and quiet.
