Grosse und helle 3.5 Zimmer Wohnung (105 m2, 1. OG) in Seefeld und 50 Meter entfernt zum See.
Die Wohnung hat ein sehr grosses Wohnzimmer mit einem Bettsofa für 2 und einem Kamin, eine Küche mit einem Esstisch, ein Badzimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, einen Balkon und einen Zugang zur Dachterasse des Gebäudes mit Sicht auf den Alpen und dem See.
Dein Schlafzimmer ist das grösste der Wohnung (22 m2) - hell und angenehm. Die Zimmerdecke ist c. 3 Meter hoch.
Ausser deines Zimmers sind alle Andere möbliert (zusätzliche Möbeln sind aber gerne wilkommen;)). Gewisse Möbeln für dein Zimmer sind auf Anforderung verfügbar.
Dein möglicher Mitbewohner ist sehr freundlich und fliessend auf Deutsch, Englisch und Französisch. Er freut sich auf deiner Meldung!

The flat has 3.5 rooms with one spacious living room (incl. bed sofa for two and chimney), a kitchen with table, a bathroom with two sinks, a balcony and an access to the rooftop of the building with a breathtaking view on the alps and on the lake!
The room (20 sqm) is also bright and has high ceilings (c. 3 meters).
Besides your room, all the other rooms are furnished (some furniture for your room is also available upon request).
Your potential flatmate is very friendly and fluent in German, French and English. He is obviously looking forward to meeting you!
