Liebe Zimmer und Wohnungssuchenden,
ich suche einen Nachmieter ab 1.12.20 für mein WG Zimmer in unserer 3er WG in der Zypressenstrasse. Das Zimmer ist ca 16qm gross und liegt im Herzen des lebendigen Kreis in der nähe des Locherguts, Bullingerhof und Bullingerplatz. Die Lage ist ideal für Stadtliebende, die das reiche Angebot an Bars, Restaurants, Parks und Kultur im Kreis 4 mögen.
Wir haben ein grosses Wohnzimmer und eine moderne Küche. Unsere WG löst sich gerade auf und zum 1.04.2020 besteht für dich die Möglichkeit unserem Vermieter als Nachmieter vorgeschlagen zu werden und die Wohnung dann zu übernehmen. Einzug ist flexibel zwischen 21.11 und 15.12. möglich
Zu unserer WG:
Wir leben schon seit mehreren Jahren in unserer schönen WG. Bedingt durch neue Jobs und neue Partner gehen wir aber bald getrennte Wege. Wir sind alle um die 30 - Bino arbeitet als Ingenieur und Juli bei einer Pharmafirma. Trotz Homeoffice kochen und essen wir regelmässig zusammen.

I'm looking for someone to rent my cosy 16 square meter room in our shared flat with two other flatmates. The flat is in the heart of Kreis 4 and close to restaurants, bars, parks und well connected via Tram (Zypressenstrasse 1min) and SBahn (Hardbrücke 10min).
Bino is an engineer and Juli works in a pharma company. We are all around 30 and enjoy happy homeofficing with lunch or dinner from time to time. We have lived several years together but now decided drop the shared flat because of new individual plans.
As we all move out End of March, we can suggest you to our landlord as a new renter for the flat, if you wish.
