The 3.5 room apartment (67 m2 / currently renovated) in the lively area of Wipkingen/Höngg is right next to the Limmat (3 min to the lower Letten) and has a divine rooftop terrace (with an awesome view above Zurich), a balcony as well as a garden to use for BBQs or just hanging out. The antique kitchen is well-equipped with modern devices (dishwasher, oven, slove, fridge). Furthermore the flat has a cellar/attic compartment, storage for bikes and a washing machine and dryer to use.

Ich (26, Consultant) suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in, der bereit ist sich im WG-leben einzubringen (wir sind keine Zweck-WG).
