The apartment is very central and in the heart of Wipkingen (3 min walk from the Limmat). You will be sharing the apartment with Vivien (28, Consulting – Swiss/Canadian). The apartment is ideal as a shared flat due to its layout and is a bright, modern home in a quiet but central neighborhood. Public transportation (Tram 13, Bus 33/46/72/83, 10 min to Zürich HB, 3 min to Hardbrücke) as well as multiple shops and gyms are within walking distance. The apartment has following amenities: -modern and fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher) -beautiful wood floors -large windows (sun in the morning and evening) -large balcony (overlooking palm trees) -built-in washer & dryer -large hall closets and a lot of storage space -storage in cellar -internet -Parking in front of the house (blue zone) as well as underground parking spaces for rent The rent is CHF 1550 per month including additional costs.
