This apartment is located in the zone 110 and quite close to Zurich Lake. The scenery is beautiful and you can enjoy jogging nearby on the hills. The transportation is super convenient. Basically, it will take 3 min to get to the bus station and have a quick transfer of Line 7 to reach the city center within around 20 min. It’s also very convenient to go to the UZH/ ETH if you are a student. Normally it will take within 30 min to reach the UZH/ETH Zentrum.
Besides, Migros, Aldi, Coops, Apotheke are very close to this apartment (5 min).
Currently, there is a Chinese student (male, 30)who is pursuing Master degree at UZH living in this apartment. He can speak Chinese, English and Italian. He is very kind, generous, open-minded and easygoing person who will do regular cleaning of apartment.
The neighbors are also very nice and also friendly to the foreigners. You can ask for some help if you need it :)
The rent is 830 CHF per month including everything (electricity, water, heating, Internet etc.) and the deposit is 1660 CHF. The apartment is equipped with everything you need so the tenant don’t have to buy any extra furniture. Washing machine and drying machine are in the basement. Even the pillow and quilt (definitely clean) will be provided but it will be costed with 20 CHF.
