In unserer 3er WG ist ab April ein 16 m^2 grosses Zimmer (bis 30. September 2018 voraussichtlich) an eine(n) neue Mitbewohner/ in in einer gemütlichen 3er WG (4 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon, 2. Stock) zu vergeben. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (grosses Bett, Schrank, Arbeitsplatz), schneller Internetanschluss vorhanden. Darüber hinaus haben wir ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Big-Couch und TV, eine voll ausgerüstete Küche und Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, die Zimmer bieten also eine ideale Arbeitsatmosphäre. Besichtigungstermin auf Anfrage. Die Miete beträgt 575 CHF pro Monat plus Nebenkosten.
We are looking for a new flatmate for a 16 m^2 room in a kind 3 people flat sharing community (4 rooms flat with balcony, 2nd floor) from April onwards. The room is furnished (bed, cupboard, workplace), fast internet access is available. There's a cozy living room with a big couch and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. The flat is located in a calm neighbourhood, so it provides eg. an ideal working environment. Showing on request. The rent is 575 CHF per month plus utilities.
Die WG befindet sich in Zürich Affoltern in einer Gegend, wo viele Studenten wohnen. ETH Hönggerberg oder Uni Irchel sind schnell erreichbar, aber auch die Innenstadt ist nicht weit (15 min per Bus, mit Nachtverbindungen). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe an der ETH Hönggerberg, in Zürich Affoltern und Zürich Oerlikon. The flat is located in Zürich Affoltern in an area, where a lot of students live. ETH Hönggerberg and Uni Irchel are close, and the city center is not far either (15 min by bus, night connections included). Grocery stores are also quickly reachable either at ETH Hönggerberg , Zürich Affoltern or Zürich Oerlikon.
Wir sind eine aufgestellte, internationale 3er WG aus zwei Studienfreunden (28 & 30, Berufsanfänger/Informatik) und einem Praktikanten (25, Architektur). Von Kochen über Klettern bis Tanzen findest du hier für alles jemanden, der es mit Leidenschaft macht. Wir lachen viel zusammen und schätzen einen freundschaftlichen Umgang - eine Atmosphäre, die wir gerne beibehalten würden. :-) We're a cozy, international 3 people flat sharing community - two study friends (28 & 30, m, young professional/computer science) and an intern (25, m, architecture). From cooking to climbing to dancing you'll find someone here with that passion. You'll often find us joking and we have a really friendly atmosphere - something we would like to preserve. :-)
