In a few days my flatmate is moving with his better half and I am looking for a flatmate to share my 3 rooms apartment from the 1 of September.
The flat is fully furnished, on the last floor of a charming building, and has a bathtub with a Beetlejuice floor.
Your room spacious and light, about 22m2, oriented East (you rill get-up with rays of sun) and has a quadratic shape.
The room is not furnished, but a bed can be installed if you need one (let me know, I would be happy to assist). There are also 2 clothing pols on one wall so that you can hang-in some clothing there.
LOCATION
Transport: The location is perfect and very well deserved, here some ideas:
- 2 minutes from the bus 72 that rides straight up to Hardbrücke.
- 6 minutes away from Schmiede Wiedikon where you can find the Tram 9 and 14 (to Paradeplatz, HB).
- 5 minutes away from the Station of Binz (from there you land directly to HB in 5 min)
- 12 min to Bahnhof Wiedikon (veeery practical if you have to catch a flight and don't want to go tru HB).
Shopping: The Wiedikon area is full of shops like Coop (2 min from the door), Migros (6 min), Lidl (9 min). If you are into bio food, the Müller Reformhaus is also close. If you need anything else, the Sihlcity Center is only 10 min away from home or 2 with the bus. In a more oriental mood, there is the shop Alima (2 min), the Barkat (6 min), and if you like Asian food, the Lian Hua shop has an extensive choice.
Relaxation & Wellness: There is a beautiful path like a little forest behind our flat, it's leading to the very nice Kollerwiese parc. On the way there, you can find wild plants/fruits like blackberries, elderflower, cherries and nettle. The park is an amazing place to relax and recharge. The Fitnesspark Shilcity and the Zurich Thermal Baths are very close. There are also many gym and yoga offers in the area.
Practical: There are pharmacies, a few ATM's, and the Post office is 10 min away from the flat, it's super practical.

My name is Nona (32), I am working in online marketing and I am a Yoga and dance teacher. .
My passion is dancing and I like taking part in different events and voguing balls. I also train in a circus and love Chinese pole and handstand balancing.
I like greek and Asian food, mostly vegetarian and as clean as possible. Of course, I also like ice cream and chocolate and a nice dessert from time to time. As I rarely spend much time in the kitchen, (rather in the bathtub), so if you are into baking cakes and culinary creations, the kitchen is yours.
We have a living room which is minimalistic and can be used as a gathering place. It can also be used for meditation, and guests.
I am looking forward to getting to know you – in French, German or English.
