Die Miete beinhaltet:
- Zugang zu einem privaten Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, Toiletten. Kein anderer Mitbewohner wird diese Einrichtungen benutzen, da sie sich eine andere teilen.
- Zugang zu einem privaten Büroraum
- Ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf den Uetliberg
Die Miete ist bis Ende 2021 befristet, da das Gebäude zerstört wird.
Unsere Wohnung scheint die einzige renovierte im Gebäude zu sein.

The rent includes:
- Access to a private Bathroom with shower, bathtub, toilets. No other roommate will use these facilities, since they share another one.

- A room with balcony and view on the uetliberg
Rent is limited to end 2021 because the building will be destroyed.
Our flat seems to be the only renovated one in the building.

Die WG setzt sich (ohne mich) aus einem deutschen HR-Mitarbeiter, einem deutschen Geschäftsmann und einem schwedischen Buchhalter zusammen.
Wir organisieren alle zwei Wochen gemeinsam etwas.
Eine Suite zu haben, ermöglicht die Möglichkeit, auf Wunsch allein zu sein oder die sehr freundlichen Mitbewohner zu sehen, etwas zu trinken oder ein Bier zu trinken, ein paar Spiele zu spielen usw...
Alle sind sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und respektvoll.
Eine Putzfrau kommt einmal pro Woche, um die Wohnung aufzuräumen. Die Zimmer werden von ihr alle zwei Wochen gereinigt.
Die große Küche ist modern ausgestattet, und eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner werden von der WG mitbenutzt.

WG is composed (without me) of a German HR employee, a German business guy and a Swedish Accountant.
We organise stuff together once every two weeks.
Having a suite enables the possibility to be alone when wished, or to see the very friendly roommates, take a drink or a beer, play some games etc...
Everyone is very friendly, open minded, and respectful.
A cleaning lady comes once a week to clean up the apartment. Rooms are cleaned by her every two weeks.
The big kitchen is modernly equiped, and a washing machine and dryer are shared by the WG.
Die AG sucht nach jemandem, der freundlich ist, einen stabilen Arbeitsplatz hat, der gerne etwas Zeit mit seinen Mitbewohnern verbringt, aber auch gerne unabhängig ist.
