2 helle Zimmer in Altbauwohnug

Meine Mitbewohnerin geht leider ins Ausland, sodass ich ab dem 20.12 oder dem 1.1. 2010 eine nette Mitbewohner/in für eine wunderschöne, helle Altbauwohung suche. Die Wohnung hat vier tolle Zimmer von denen Du Dir zwei aussuchen kannst. Eines ist gross (ca. 19 qm2) und hat sogar etwas Seeblick und das anders ist ca 15 qm2 gross. Alternativ kannst du auch in zwei Zimmer ziehen (ca.18 und 12 qm2), die miteinander verbunden sind sodass du noch mehr Privatsphäre hättest. Eines von ihnen hat ein sehr schönes Parkett, die anderen haben recht neuen beigen Teppich. Die Wohnung ist hell, hat eine grosse Küche und ist in sehr schöner Lage (Kilchbergstrasse 79). Die rote Fabrik und ein Badi sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist angenehm ruhig aber trotzdem ist man in 20 Minuten im Zentrum (Bus 161 und 165 zum Bürkliplatz und Tram 7 in der Nähe).
Ich bin ein humorvoller und freundlicher 30-jähriger Architekten aus Italien und wohne seit drei Jahren in Zürich. Ich bin ein geselliger Mitbewohner, gehe gerne aus und koche gerne, aber ich lasse Dir auch gerne Deine Ruhe. Ausserdem bin ich recht ordentlich und putze sogar regelmässig.
Die beiden Zimmer kosten 995 CHF im Monat (nur die Internetkosten kommen hinzu). Das wirklich sehr preiswert für Zürich. Die Wohnung hat einen Garten mit Seeblick, den wir mit ein paar sehr netten Hausbewohnern teilen. Ausserdem gibt es ein Atelier, das separat angemietet werden könnte. Es gibt einen Telefonanschluss und wireless Internet. Parkplätze gibt es in der Gegend genügende. Leider können keine Hunde bei uns wohnen. Die Zimmer sind nicht möbliert.

My flatmate is moving abroad and so I am looking for somebody who wants to share a beautiful apartment with me starting on January 1st 2010 (earliest move in Dec 20). The flat has four beautiful, well lit rooms of which you can pick two. One is very large (19 qm2) and even has a bit of view on the lake. The other has about 15 qm2. Alternatively, you can move in two rooms (ca.18 und 12 qm2) which are connected to each other with a door. One of them has pretty wooden floor the other beige carpet. The flat has a large kitchen und is in a great location (Kilchbergstrasse 79). The Rote Fabrik and a Badi (swimming in the lake) are very near. The area is quiet but one is still in downtown Zurich in 15 Minutes (Bus 161 und 165 to Bürkliplatz und Tram 7).

I am very social and like to cook, hang out or cook with my flatmates but I am also happy leaving you the space and quietness you need. I speak English, Italian and German. I am tidy and clean regularly.
