We now have two rooms available:
- One room (1) comes with a separate desk room, for a total of 19m^2. You will share a bathroom with two of us.
- The other room (2) is directly beside our rooftop terrace and includes its own bathroom, for a total of 15m^2.
The prices are the following:
- Room 1 is rented for CHF 1400,- / month + Nebenkosten, available from November 1st.
- Room 2 is rented for CHF 1220,- / month + Nebenkosten, available from December 1st.
Both rooms come unfurnished.
Our outstanding 220m^2 flat is located in the wonderful neighborhood of Seefeld, right behind Chinawiese. The bright flat includes a large living-room with a dining room and a separate TV space, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, a brand-new laundry machine with dryer directly in the flat, five bedrooms, and most importantly two large rooftop terraces with lake view! In summer this is ideal for barbecues, gardening and open-air cinema :) It’s also a perfect place to work from home (two of us are now working from home most of the time). We are conveniently located 5 minutes from the lake, 5 minutes from Tiefenbrunnen with direct trains to HB and the airport, and in front of a Coop.
We are an international WG including Guillaume (French 27), Laura (German 28), Andrea (Italian 31), and soon you! We work in software engineering, pharma industry and physiotherapy. We generally enjoy our free time outdoors skiing, hiking, bouldering, cycling, playing tennis and swimming in the lake nearby. At home, we often spend time together eating lasagna and tiramisu (thanks to our amazing cooks!) when we're not firing up the barbecue, watching movies, and inviting friends to our amazing place!
