Since I won’t be iiving in Aachen for a while, I’d like to offer my cozy apartment at westpark.
A fully furnished flat (40qm) available between 15.04.2024 - 31.07.2024 (dates are flexible) ;
The rent is 630 Euros/month all included (water,heat,electricity) and 1000 euros deposit
washing machine and dryer are in the cellar and used with coins (2,5€ for washmashine, dryer free)
Semester fee for the internet would be around 30€ (means 6€/month)
The Location:
-near Westpark
-5 min. walk to the bus stops (Gartenstr, Kuckelkorn)
-5 min. to the markets (Kaufland,Aldi,Lidl)
-10 min to the Uni (RWTH)
-5 min by bus to Uniklinik

die Waschmaschine und Trockner sind in der Waschküche und werden gegen Münze (2,5€ für Waschmaschine, Trockner kostenlos) benutzt

- Supermärkte (Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl) 5 Min. zu Fuß
