A fully furnished flat (40qm) available between 15.04.2024 - 31.07.2024 (dates are flexible) ;
The rent is 630 Euros/month all included (water,heat,electricity) and 1000 euros deposit
washing machine and dryer are in the cellar and used with coins (2,5€ for washmashine, dryer free)
Semester fee for the internet would be around 30€ (means 6€/month)
