Zur Tram sind es nur wenige Minuten. Und in der Innenstadt ist man dann gleich. Dennoch ist die Lage ruhig. Die Nachbarn haben sich immer völlig unkompliziert verhalten und es gab nie Probleme.
Das einzige was die Wohnung braucht ist allerdings ein bischen Farbe - und dich!
