Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und in einem guten Zustand. Es sind insgesamt 3 Schlafplätze vorhanden. 2 auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafplatz auf einem Ausklappbett im Schlafzimmer.
An Geschirr, Besteck und Sonstigem steht auch genügend zur Verfügung. Kühlschrank, Herd und Fernseher- alles funktionsfähig und darf genutzt werden.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, direkt am Park (Feld) gelegen. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Bis zur Straßenbahn sind es zu Fuß ca 10 Minuten, 5 wenn man sich sehr beeilt ;). Ab dort sind es in die Innenstadt 15 min. Bis zur Uni ca. 30 min.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig ebenfalls in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Unter der Woche Morgens von 8:00-10:00 und Abends ab 17:00!
