Unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung befindet sich in einem ruhigen Hinterhaus. Sie ist 69 qm groß und hat ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und eine große Küche mit einer Kücheninsel. Außerdem verfügt sie über einen Balkon, der zum ruhigen und begrünten Innenhof ausgerichtet ist und an lauen Sommerabenden zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Räume haben hohe Decken mit schlichtem, aber elegantem Stuck. Diele, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind mit traumhaften Holzdielen ausgestattet. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet. Es wäre toll, wenn unsere Zimmerpflanzen in der Zeit ab und zu gegossen werden könnten. :) Gerne können unsere beiden Fahrräder in der Zeit benutzt werden.

Our beautiful "Altbau" apartment is located in a quiet rear building. It has 69 square meters and a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a large kitchen with a kitchen isle. It also has a balcony facing the quiet and green courtyard, which invites you to linger on mild summer evenings. The rooms have high ceilings with simple but elegant stucco. The hallway, bedroom and living room are equipped with gorgeous wooden floorboards. The apartment is rented furnished.It would be great if you could take care of our house plants. :) Feel free to use our bikes to get around.
