It has 2 rooms on 70m² and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower/ bathtub and a small balcony.
There is a mutual backyard with a lockable gate where you can park/ lock your bicycles.
The flat comes fully furnished with a double bed (180cm), closets, dressers, big corner sofa, office desks etc.
Kitchen as mentioned will be fully equipped including pans, pots, silverware etc.
For a potential permanent rent after the sublet the flat will be cleared out/ not furnitured but the kitchen is part of the flat and some furniture could be taken over.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Wernigeroder Str. in 10589 Berlin. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle gleich im die Ecke (1min zu Fuß) und die U-Bahn Station Mierendorfplatz (U7) ist in ca. 5 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Stück weiter ca. 5 min mit dem Bus oder Fahrrad oder 15min zu Fuß befindet sich die Station Jungfernheide von wo aus ihr die S-bahn / Ringbahn sowie einige Regional (Express) Bahnen erreicht. In nächster Nähe befinden sich alle möglichen Supermärkte / Discounter (--> Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Netto etc. Außerdem findet man weitere Läden und Dienstleistungen (Bäcker, Blumenladen / Friseur / Massage etc.) sowie Restaurants, Cafés und Bars in nächster Nähe.

Da wir euch für die Zeit der befristeten Untervermietung unser "eigenes zu Hause" mit sämtlichem Mobiliar und einigen Einrichtungsgegenständen (Küche) anvertrauen, möchten wir euch gerne vorher kennen lernen um das nötige Vertrauen aufzubauen und sicherzustellen, dass wir ein ähnliches Verständnis haben was Sauberkeit und den Umgang mit dem Eigentum anderer betrifft. Außerdem haben wir gerade ein Baby bekommen, weshalb wir im Hinblick auf Corona das erste Kennenlernen per Video Call machen möchten und Vorort Besichtigungen nur mit Paaren durchführen, die die genannten Vorbedingungen erfüllen und bei denen wir ein gutes Gefühl haben ihnen unser zu Hause vorbergehend anzuvertrauen.

Due to the fact that we are subletting our own home (fully furnitured) we would like to get to know you beforehand to build the necessary trust and see if we have a similar understanding of cleaniness and how to treat the property of others.
Also we just had a newborn baby so due to Corona we would like to do the first getting to know each other via video call and only advance the process and have onsite visits with couples that meet the requested criteria and where all of us feel the necessary trust.
