Diese gute-Laune Wohnung für 2 Personen hat einen offenen Schnitt mit zwei großzügigen Zimmern und einer geräumigen Küche mit Tisch für 4-5 Personen - Gäste finde also ebenfalls einmal Platz. Der Flurbereich bietet Platz für Garderobe und mehr und ist ebenfalls freundlich und hell. Eine Sanierung ist erst vor einigen Monaten abgeschlossen. Dabei wurde viel Wert auf Schallschutz und Energieeffizienz gelegt. Die Nebenkosten sind deutlich unter der vergleichbarer Wohnungen. Die Ausstattung ist komplett und hochwertig mit einer Mischung aus moderner Technik, Nostalgie und hochwertigen Materialien (Vollholzboden, Fenster aus Lärche,…) Das Ergebnis ist ein Ort, an welchem man jeden Tag erneut mit neuer Energie erwacht, gerne kocht, Musik macht, oder am höhenverstellbaren Küchen-Tisch arbeitet, im Wohnzimmer, oder am Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer mit viel Licht.

Die Wohnung wird vollausgestattet vermietet. Bett mit Bezügen, Schränke, Kücheneinrichtung (Teller, Gläser, Töpfe, Besteck …) plus Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Zwei zusätzliche Futons sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Im Haus wohnen sehr freundliche Nachbarn. Der Innenhof ist begrünt und freundlich. Zur sehr ruhigen Müllenhoffstrasse orientiert sich der begrünte Balkon auf welchem man auch im Winter gerne ein paar Sonnenstrahlen erhascht. Die Wohnung ist durch die Lage im 4. OG hell und freundlich.

Das Internet ist im Mietpreis inbegriffen. Die Nebenkosten werden nach Verbrauch gerechnet. Die Wohnung ist sehr energiesparend. Derzeit besteht ein preiswerter und umweltfreundlicher Vertrag für Gas und Strom. Die Vorauszahlungen liegen noch bei ca. 50 € Strom und 50 € Gas - und bleiben damit weiterhin niedrig. Es könnte sein, dass man mit ca. €100 Energiekosten auskommt!

The apartment will be rented fully furnished. Bed with linen, cupboards, kitchen equipment (plates, glasses, pots, cutlery...) plus washing machine and dishwasher. Two additional sleeping futons are also provided.

Very friendly neighbors live in the house. The inner courtyard is green and comforting. The green balcony faces the very quiet Müllenhoffstrasse, on which you can catch a few rays of sunshine even in winter. The apartment is bright and friendly due to its location on the 4th floor.

Internet is included in the rental price. The additional costs are calculated according to consumption. The apartment is very energy efficient. There is an inexpensive and environmentally friendly contract for gas and electricity in place. The advance payments are currently still around €50 for electricity and €50 for gas - they will stay quite low. It could be that you can get by with around €100 in energy cost!
