Untermiete einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung (65m²) in Friedrichshain

Die schön geschnittene Wohnung in ruhiger Lage wird von uns untervermietet, da wir eine neue Wohnung gefunden haben und diese - wie leider so oft - direkt übernehmen mussten, weshalb wir für 2,5 Monate doppelte Miete bezahlen müssen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und hat zwei große Zimmer, sowie eine längliche Küche, einen Flur und ein Bad.

Da wir bereits in die neue Wohnung ziehen nehmen wir alle unsere Möbel mit und die Wohnung wird leer sein, inklusive der Küche. Falls dies ein Problem für euch ist, können wir uns aber bestimmt auf etwas einigen. Die Miete versteht sich als "all-inclusive" Monatsmiete, ohne weitere Nebenkosten.

Die Wohnung ist im Hinterhaus, mit Küche und einem Zimmer zum Innenhof und dem anderen Zimmer und dem Bad zum Garten. Hinter dem Garten ist ein Park mit Spielplatz, der insb. abends immer sehr ruhig ist.

We are subletting this nice apartment in a quiet location, because we have found a new apartment and - as unfortunately very common in Berlin - had to take the lease immediately. Since we are only getting out of this contract the end of November, we are subletting this apartment until almost the end of November in order to be able to fix everything for the handover. The apartment is beautifully cut and has two large rooms, an elongated kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom.

As we are already moving into the new flat we take all our furniture with us and the flat will be empty, including the kitchen. If this is a problem for you, we can surely agree on something. The rent is an "all-inclusive" monthly rent, without any additional costs.

The apartment is in the back house, with kitchen and one room facing the courtyard and the other room and bathroom facing the garden. Behind the garden is a park with playground, which is very quiet in the evenings.
