We offer a sunny, quiet and cozy flat (100sqm) with high ceilings and wooden floors. The place is a typically 19th century year building, fully refurbished and upgraded with new windows, new installations, long-distance-heating etc. in the middle of Berlin.
Flat:
It has one large living room with a sunny balcony facing a quiet backyard, a nice kitchen with access to the balcony as well, main bedroom, second bedroom (e.g. child’s-room), a small store-room and two bathrooms. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.
Living-room:
Large sofa, 55”-Flat-SMART-TV (cable-TV) with sound bar, fast WLAN-Internet connection (100Mbit), phone (land line), ceiling fan, 2meter dining table and direct access to the quiet and sunny balcony.
Bed-room:
Double Bed (180 x 200 cm), large cupboard, shelve, two big windows facing the quite backyard, linen and towels are provided.
Child’s-room:
Loft Bed (140 x 200 cm), two big windows facing the backyard, cupboard, shelves, desk. A huge chestnut tree is right in front of the windows.
Kitchen:
Modern kitchen with access to the sunny balcony. Table with three to four chairs, fully equipped with dish-washer, fridge-freezer, micro-wave, toaster, sandwich maker, water kettle, oven/stove, dishes, pots, cooking ware etc.
Balcony:
Nice and sunny balcony facing a quite backyard, furnished with a table, 2 chairs, a lounge sofa and XXL-BBQ.
Bathroom 1:
Big and sunny bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet, washbasin, washing machine with dryer.
Bathroom 2:
Small bathroom with toilet and washbasin.
Store-room:
Small store room in which you can find a hover, cleaning material and tools.
Location/Neighborhood:
Friedrichshain is one of the nicest and most exciting neighborhoods in Berlin. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets all around. It’s in the middle of everything and in walking distance to Boxhagener Platz, Volkspark Friedrichshain and Alexanderplatz. The direct neighborhood is really quiet (mostly young families with kids; no party people) and parking slots are for free!
Fresh bread!!!! Fantastic bakery just over the street!!! Supermarket 3min walk.
Short walking distances to public transport:
3’min – Tram M10
5’min – Tram M5, M6, M8
We would like to sublet our apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain, right in the centre of Berlin, for 12 months. We are a young family (engineers, clean, non-smoking and no pets) with a 9-year old son.
We prefer no pets, non-smokers and respectful guests in our home. In past holidays we have made wonderful experiences with swapping or subletting apartments.
