bist du im Mai in Berlin und suchst für die Zeit ein Zuhause? Dann melde dich gerne! Ich habe eine schöne renovierte 2-Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung und würde ein Zimmer gerne für 2 Wochen an dich vermieten. Falls du regelmäßig in Berlin bist und einen Platz zum Schlafen für ca. 2 Wochen pro Monat brauchst, umso besser :)
Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon, ist ca. 20qm groß und ist u.a. mit einem Sofa mit integriertem Bett ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer, die Wohnung und ich als deine Mitbewohnerin sind ruhig und freundlich :)

Are you in Berlin in May and looking for a home for that time? Then feel free to reach out! I have a nice renovated 2-room apartment and would like to rent out one room to you for 2 weeks. If you are in Berlin regularly and need a place to sleep for about 2 weeks per month, even better :)
The room has a balcony, is about 20sqm big and has a sofa with an integrated bed.
The room, the apartment, and me as your roommate are quiet and friendly :)

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Zu Fuß braucht man nur zwei Minuten zur Tram M10 Straßmannstr. Ein Rewe und der Volkspark Friedrichshain befindet sich in direkter Umgebung.

The apartment is located on a quiet side street. The public transport connection is very good. On foot, you need only two minutes to the M10 Straßmannstr. A Rewe supermarket and the Volkspark Friedrichshain are very close by.
Miete ist 490€ für die 2 Wochen oder 38€ pro Tag (inkl. allem, ohne weitere Zusatzkosten).
Die Internet Geschwindigkeit ist 100 Mbit/s. Bitte keine Tiere.
