My roomie is going for a 1 month Trip so WE are renting out his room. If you are New in Berlin this place is perfect because of the Location and everything else is already inside the Apartment. fully furnited kitchen, bathrom, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
You basically move in and dnt need to spend on anything big.
the Apartment is in the Heart of Kreuzberg so i guess from the Location 100 Meter from the Metro Station and Busses its pretty amazing.

It is perfectly situated close to the Ubahnhof (Metro) Gneisenaustraße. Super close to the Bergmankiez. I guess wherever you want to go in Berlin, you will be there within max. 20 min either by bike or public transport.
Around 75 meters away from (metro U7) Ubahn Gneisenaustraße. Perfectly situated in the Bergmankiez. You can take the ubahn or the 140 bus straight from the house. There is also another bus taking you to Ostkreuz.
Walking to Mehringdam is like 5 minutes. There are supermarkets (EDKEA & NETTO) in 5min walking distance in Bergmanstraße. A bit further behind Viktoria Park there is also Lidl. Apart you have the Marheineke Markthalle around 2 min away for some nice lunch opportunity or just opposite of the house the is the Mokka bar. Spätis you can find everywhere :)
The cold rent is 550€ and then its around 100€ for all the extra costs.
