Hallo, ich suche eine/en* vertrauenswürdige/n und zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter/in* (oder ein Paar) für meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung in Mitte (Nähe Rosenthaler Platz). Ab 1. Februar bis 28. März. Die komplette Miete beläuft sich auf 850€ pro Monat. Bei Interesse schreibt mir gerne ein paar Infos zu euch! :)
Wichtig:
Da mein Vermieter die Wohnung verkaufen will muss es leider möglich sein, dass eventuell 1-2 Besichtigungstermine stattfinden. Der Einzugstermin wäre auch schon ein paar Tage früher möglich.

Hello, I am looking for a reliable interim tenant (or a couple) for my 2-room apartment in Mitte (near Rosenthaler Platz). From 1. February until 28. March. The complete rent is 850,– for each month. If you are interested, please write a short note about who you are and what you do. :)
Important:
Since my landlord wants to sell the apartment, it must be possible that there will be 1-2 viewing appointments (I will try to do as little as possible). And the moving in date is flexible by a few days (earlier).
