Die komplette Miete beläuft sich auf 850€ pro Monat. Bei Interesse schreibt mir gerne ein paar Infos zu euch! :)
Wichtig:
Da mein Vermieter die Wohnung verkaufen will muss es leider möglich sein, dass eventuell 1-2 Besichtigungstermine stattfinden. Der Einzugstermin wäre auch schon ein paar Tage früher möglich.

Important:
Since my landlord wants to sell the apartment, it must be possible that there will be 1-2 viewing appointments (I will try to do as little as possible). And the moving in date is flexible by a few days (earlier).
