Also perfekt fur 1 Person oder ein Paar. Wir lassen alle unsere Möbel sowie Töpfe und sonstige Kochutensilien in der Wohnung, also Du brauchst wenig mitbringen.
Die Wohnung ist Tier- und Rauchfrei.
Hello, we are Marina (Spanish) and Liam (Australian) and we are offering our cozy and bright apartment in Adlershof for sublet in July. The apartment is fully furnished with a kitchen, sofa, work station, a bedroom, bathroom with bath, and a balcony. Is very comfortable for a single person or a couple. We will leave our furniture, pots and pans and other cooking utensils for you to use, so you don't need to bring much with you.
We are non-smokers and pet free.
Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nahe. Und die Wohnung ist mit offenlicheverkehr( S-bahn, bus oder tram) leicht erreichbar.
There are many supermarkets and small grocery stores in the area. And the apartment has easy access to the city with public transport.
