Gemütliche Wohnung in Moabit (20.03-03.04)

Hallo!

Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der meine Wohnung vom 20.März bis zum 03.April mieten will (vielleicht auch länger, aber bitte nur Anfragen für genau diesen Zeitraum).

Ich werde in der Zeit kurz verreisen.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar: es hat ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Boxspringbett (180x200) und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein helles Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und eine Arbeitsecke mit einem Schreibtisch & Stuhl und schnellem Internet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Im Badezimmer findet ihr eine nagelneue Waschmaschine (mit Trockner!). Handtücher und Bettlaken sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Beamer, um Filme an der Wand zu sehen und im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine zusätzliche Matratze auf dem Boden (am besten bekannt als Chillbereich), so dass ihr leicht Besuch unterbringen könnt (es ist eigentlich ein Palettenbett).

I am looking for someone to rent my apartment to from the 20. of March until the 3. of April (maybe even longer, but please only requests for this exactly period).

I will go on a short trip, and my apartment will be available in the meantime.

The apartment is ideal for a couple: you'll have a cozy bedroom with a comfortable boxspringbed (180x200) and a walking closet, a bright living room with sofa and working corner with a work desk&chair and fast internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, fridge, oven and dishwasher. In the bathroom you'll find a brand new washing machine (with dryer!). Towels and bedsheets are also available.
In the bedroom you will have a beamer to watch films on the wall and in the living room there is an extra mattress on the ground (best known as chill area), so that you can easily accommodate visits (it is actually a Palettenbett).
