Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der meine Wohnung vom 20.März bis zum 03.April mieten will (vielleicht auch länger, aber bitte nur Anfragen für genau diesen Zeitraum).
Ich werde in der Zeit kurz verreisen.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Paar: es hat ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Boxspringbett (180x200) und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank, ein helles Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und eine Arbeitsecke mit einem Schreibtisch & Stuhl und schnellem Internet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Kühlschrank, Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Im Badezimmer findet ihr eine nagelneue Waschmaschine (mit Trockner!). Handtücher und Bettlaken sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Beamer, um Filme an der Wand zu sehen und im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine zusätzliche Matratze auf dem Boden (am besten bekannt als Chillbereich), so dass ihr leicht Besuch unterbringen könnt (es ist eigentlich ein Palettenbett).

I am looking for someone to rent my apartment to from the 20. of March until the 3. of April (maybe even longer, but please only requests for this exactly period).
I will go on a short trip, and my apartment will be available in the meantime.
The apartment is ideal for a couple: you'll have a cozy bedroom with a comfortable boxspringbed (180x200) and a walking closet, a bright living room with sofa and working corner with a work desk&chair and fast internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, fridge, oven and dishwasher. In the bathroom you'll find a brand new washing machine (with dryer!). Towels and bedsheets are also available.
In the bedroom you will have a beamer to watch films on the wall and in the living room there is an extra mattress on the ground (best known as chill area), so that you can easily accommodate visits (it is actually a Palettenbett).

Die Straße ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarschaft freundlich. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen kleinen grünen Park. Es gibt viele Cafés, Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe (5 Minuten zu Fuß: Rewe, Alnatura, türkische Geschäfte). Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn ist die Turmstraße (600m) und eine Bushaltestelle (200m entfernt, Bus 245), die dich in 12 Minuten zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof bringt.
Im Erdgeschoss direkt im Gebäude gibt es eine gemütliche Bar, die eine Auswahl von etwa 15 guten Biersorten anbietet und eine wirklich nette Atmosphäre hat.

The street is very calm and the neighborhood friendly. After 2 minutes walking you can reach a small green park. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby (5 min walk: rewe, alnatura, turkish stores). The nearest U-Bahn is Turmstraße (600m) and there is a bus stop (200m distance, bus 245) that can get you in 12 min to the Berlin Central Station.
Downstairs directly in your building you have a cozy bar that offers a variety of around 15 good tab beers, has a really nice vibe.
