El apartamento es de unos 46m2 de altura, brillante y agradable, y se encuentra justo enfrente del pequeño jardín animal – una hermosa franja verde en el centro de la vibrante Moabit. Desde la ventana hay una vista directa del parque.

El apartamento está situado en la 4a planta y es fácilmente accesible por ascensor. El amplio espacio abierto combina sala de estar y dormitorio, con una cómoda cama, un sofá, TV y un acogedor comedor. La cocina está totalmente equipada si te gusta cocinar, y hay un baño separado. Debido a la orientación norte, el apartamento es agradablemente luminoso sin calefacción fuerte en verano.

Algunas plantas de cuidado fácil también están aquí y estarían esperando un poco de atención durante mi ausencia.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator. It's one big open space combining a living and sleeping area, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, a TV, and a cozy dining area. There's a fully equipped kitchen if you enjoy cooking at home, and a separate bathroom. Thanks to the north-facing windows, the apartment is filled with daylight without getting too hot in summer.
