The apartment is about 46m2 tall, bright and friendly, and lies directly opposite the small animal garden – a beautiful green strip in the middle of the vibrant Moabit. From the window you have a direct view of the park.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The large open space combines living and sleeping area, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, a TV and a cozy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped if you like to cook yourself, and there is a separate bathroom. Due to the north orientation, the apartment is pleasantly bright without heating up strongly in summer.

A few easy-care plants are here as well and would be looking forward to a little attention during my absence.

There's a fully equipped kitchen if you enjoy cooking at home, and a separate bathroom. Thanks to the north-facing windows, the apartment is filled with daylight without getting too hot in summer.

There are a few easy-going plants that would appreciate some watering while I'm away.

Vom Fenster aus hast du einen direkten Blick auf den Park.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und ist bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Der große offene Raum vereint Wohn- und Schlafbereich, mit einem bequemen Bett, einem Sofa, einem Fernseher und einer gemütlichen Essecke. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, falls du gerne selbst kochst, und es gibt ein separates Badezimmer. Durch die Nordausrichtung ist die Wohnung angenehm hell, ohne sich im Sommer stark aufzuheizen.
