Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Altbaus in Neukölln und ist perfekt geeignet für eine Person oder ein Pärchen, jedoch auch WG tauglich, da sie zwei getrennte Räume in der gleichen Größe hat. Es gibt auch eine EBK mit Spülmaschine ect.
Es gibt sogar einen schönen Garten, in dem regelmäßig Picknicks und Grillfeste der Hausbewohner_innen stattfinden. Alle Nachbarn sind super nett und freundlich!
Die Wohnung ist nur teilmöbliert und kommt nicht vollständig möbliert wie auf den Fotos zu sehen.
The flat is located in the 2. floor of a nice old building in the center of Neukölln.
It’s perfect for a couple or dingle person but also possible to have a shared flat, due to 2 separates rooms with the same size. There is a built in kitchen with dishwasher ect.
There is even a garden suitable for bbq and Picknicks, where all neighbors meet. It’s a super friendly atmosphere in the house!
The flat is just partly furnished and not like on the pictures with all furniture.
